About Uplands/Redlands

The Uplands/Redlands area of Penticton sits at a higher elevation, allowing for expansive views of the city of Penticton and both Okanagan and Skaha Lakes from many backyards. The views and well kept street landscapes make Uplands/Redlands one of Penticton’s most favoured neighbourhoods.

You will find a mix of renovated homes, new construction and well manicured landscaping amidst the old growth trees in the Redlands/Uplands area. It’s an active families paradise with quick access to the KVR trail, Uplands Elementary school and downtown Penticton. A little further up the hill is Penticton’s Upper Bench where you can find sprawling vineyards, and orchard estates with spectacular views. There’s also a winery or two along the way, as you are a hop, skip and a jump to nearby Naramata.
