About Main North/Main South

The Main Street South and North neighborhoods of Penticton are easy to locate. They literally run the south and north lengths of Main Street. Towards the South end of Main Street you will find some sought after homes close to Skaha lake. Not to worry if you prefer the North end of Main however, as you will still be close to Penticton’s other lake – Lake Okanagan. At the far end of Main North you will find the popular lakeside of lake Okanagan. This is where you’ll also witness the heart of summer living in the Okanagan. The long stretch of walkable lakeside boulevard is dotted with restaurants, bars, and bustling shops. This is also the home of one of Penticton’s largest hotels and resorts – The Penticton Lakeside Resort. Penticton carries a healthy amount of homes for sale at any given time, however there are very few homes available for sale on the shores of Okanagan Lake in Penticton. If you’re looking to find one contact us today, so that we can assist in your search!
