With the retirement of Ann Thompson in 2014, Steve Thompson continued to foster the well-established reputation he and Ann had worked tirelessly to earn.

Pinnancle Award

The RE/MAX Pinnacle Team Award is awarded to a team that successfully achieves $2 million+ in earnings. Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected commissions in the preceding year. Team Thompson was a recipient of the Pinnacle Award in 2021.

Diamond Award

The threshold level required to attain the Diamond Award is the top three percent of each residential market’s sales representatives’ earnings. Earnings are defined as gross closed and collected commissions in the preceding year. Team Thompson has been a recipient of the Diamond Award for the years 2009, 2010, 2011.

RE/MAX Hall Of Fame

Established to recognize and salute the exclusive group of top producers who have achieved more than specified amount in gross commission earnings during their career with RE/MAX. There is no ‘years of service’ requirement. Team Thompson had 18 years with Remax Penticton and was awarded as the top producing REALTOR® in the office since 2000. (Lifetime Achievement Award and Hall of Fame Award).

Achievement Award

Introduced in 1992 with requirements of 7 years of service and specified amount of gross commission. Associates must have previously achieved the Hall of Fame award. Team Thompson had 18 years with Remax Penticton and was awarded as the top producing REALTOR® in the office since 2000. (Lifetime Achievement Award and Hall of Fame Award).

The Award Of Excellence

For first-time inductees, repeat qualifiers and sustaining members attaining the Director’s Platinum or President’s Gold Award five out of seven previous consecutive years. The Lifetime Award of Excellence is presented to members attaining President’s Gold ten out of fourteen consecutive years. Team Thompson has been a recipient of the Award of Excellence in 2009, 2010, and 2011.

Top Ten Team Award

Recognizes ten Royal LePage residential sales force teams and ten Royal LePage residential sales individuals, in ranking of earnings, as of a designated period, based on closed and collected commissions. Team Thompson has been recognized as one of the top ten teams in the province for Royal Lepage Locations West Realty.

Royal LePage Chairman’s Club

This award represents the top 1% of REALTORS® in Canada for Royal LePage, which has over 16,000 REALTORS®. We are truly honored to have achieved this recognition for 2013, 2014,2015 and well on track to achieve this for 2016. This award has never before been given out to a REALTOR® or team of REALTOR® in the South Okanagan.
